Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Diploma RN with 2+ years of experience and an active Ohio RN license. BSN/MSN preferred; foreign graduates must validate licensing.

Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma prepared RN with 2+ years of experience.
• If hired without a BSN/MSN, must enroll in BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete within 5 years.
• Preferred: BSN or MSN from ACEN/CCNE/NLN‑CNEA accredited program.
• Active Ohio RN License; may require other state licensure.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards in daily operations.
• Provide clinical care following algorithms, document plan of care and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient and family education.
• Participate in shared governance and IPM to improve practice and safety.
