• Active Ohio RN License; may require other state licensure.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards for the department and hospital.
• Ensure certifications and Safety College requirements are fulfilled timely.
• Collaborate with managers, nurse council and magnet representatives to share safety best practices.
• Apply clinical judgment to collect data, follow protocols, document care, and plan patient care goals.
• Engage in interprofessional practice and shared governance to improve patient outcomes.
