Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible in Kentucky for the relevant discipline.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing clinics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic in Kentucky.
• Supervise ~20 therapists and manage performance.
• Balance patient services with clinic management duties ~50% of time.
• Assist therapists with caseloads and scheduling.
• Interview and onboard new therapists; address parent concerns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and Facilities to resolve issues.
• Foster a supportive team environment focused on quality care.
