Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) in Lexington, KY is seeking a Therapy Clinic Manager to oversee the location and support our team of therapists. This role emphasizes mentorship, operations management, and family‑centered care within a dynamic, clinician‑run environment.

You will supervise daily operations, help build caseloads, onboard new therapists, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities to solve location challenges while maintaining a caregiver‑first approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy -OR- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy -OR- Master’s degree and BCBA certification
• 1+ years of experience as a therapist, preferably in pediatrics
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Ability to motivate and engage staff

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of therapists and performance management
• Assist therapists in building caseloads
• Interviewing and onboarding new therapists for the site
• Collaborates with Marketing, HR, and Facilities to solve location challenges
