Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee operations at our Lexington location, providing supervision for therapists and helping build caseloads for a diverse pediatric caseload.

You will work with marketing, HR, and facilities to resolve location challenges, while mentoring staff and supporting families. APT emphasizes clinician-led care and a family-first approach, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s with BCBA certification.
• 1+ years of experience as a therapist, preferably pediatrics.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the APT location.
• Provide supervision and performance management for therapists.
• Assist therapists in building caseloads.
• Interview and onboard new therapists for the site.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities to solve location challenges.
