Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) in Louisville, KY seeks a Therapy Clinic Manager to lead a vibrant pediatric therapy site. You’ll supervise therapists, manage performance, build caseloads, interview and onboard new clinicians, and collaborate with Marketing, HR and Facilities to proactively solve location challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy, or Doctoral in Physical Therapy.
• 1+ years of pediatric therapy experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of therapists and performance management.
• Assist therapists in building caseloads.
• Interview and onboard new therapists for the site.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Facilities to resolve location challenges.
