Qualifications

• 1+ years of therapy or pediatrics experience.
• Active INFS caseload of at least 15 patients.
• Valid Indiana therapy license and ability to travel within Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Supervise therapists in INFS and assist in caseload development.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision and performance reviews.
• Interview candidates and onboard new hires.
• Meet hours goals and manage expenses per budget.
• Ensure INFS certification requirements are met and staff compliance.
