Hopebridge is seeking a Center Manager to lead a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center, guiding staff to deliver life-changing therapy to children with autism and related needs.

You will oversee operations, budgets, and growth initiatives while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a supportive environment for staff and families. This role offers development opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field recommended.

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality pediatric therapy services.
• Oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting and resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive growth by improving processes and expanding access to care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including HIPAA.
