Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach a motivated team.
• Mentor staff and resolve workplace challenges with empathy.
• Motivate the team to meet goals and drive positive impact.
• Manage day-to-day center operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Streamline processes and implement efficient workflows.
• Serve as the center's face to caregivers, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Oversee financial health by budgeting and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all state/federal guidelines.
