Job summary

Hopebridge in Huntersville, NC seeks a Center Manager to lead a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center focused on delivering high-quality autism and developmental care. You will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure a supportive environment for families and caregivers.

You will drive center growth, manage budgets, and uphold HIPAA/compliance standards while fostering an empathetic, performance-driven culture. Occasional travel may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and managing staff.
• Strong people skills and passion for children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver life-changing therapy to children.
• Manage day-to-day center operations including staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Serve as the caregiver’s go-to, ensuring families feel heard and supported.
• Grow the center by driving financial health and exploring growth opportunities.
• Ensure quality and compliance with HIPAA and all state/federal guidelines.
