You will recruit, train, and mentor a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiencies while delivering exceptional caregiver support. A leadership mindset and empathy are essential for success.

Formación

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and leadership experience.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or ABA-related background are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and coach a team to perform with empathy and excellence.
• Mentor staff and resolve workplace challenges with a fair, caring approach.
• Motivate the team to meet goals while changing lives.
• Oversee day-to-day center operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
• Streamline processes and implement creative improvements for efficiency.
• Act as the center's face to caregivers, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Manage budgets and pursue growth opportunities to enhance center impact.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all state/federal regulations.
