Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Mount Laurel, NJ team, delivering therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers both virtually and in-person.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and support engagement in treatment across multiple tracks, with flexible scheduling after 3pm ET.

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers (virtual and in-person).
