Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across PA, VA, NJ, and MD.

Multiple tracks are available (W2 Full-Time, W2 Part-Time, and 1099 Contractor). Base salaries vary by track and site, with onsite and hybrid options and a flexible schedule to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide therapy services for children and families in Pennsylvania (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person therapy to pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Deliver both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
• Support engagement and progress in treatment.
