Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role offers on-site work with a base salary of $80,000 and a 4-day workweek structure, plus a full benefits package.

Positions are available as full-time or part-time and include a guaranteed caseload with opportunities for growth and weekly clinical support. Join a clinician-founded organization delivering pediatric mental health care across NJ and neighboring markets.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; understand needs and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Support clinicians with scheduling and ensure access to therapy services.
