Job summary

Blackbird Health in Burke, VA is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time W-2 role offers a hybrid model (remote and on-site) with a guaranteed caseload, flexible after-school hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC/LMSW/LCSW) with SISW eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience delivering telehealth/virtual sessions.
• Flexibility for after‑school hours (after 3pm ET) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents and young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with families and other specialty providers to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing professional development.
