Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist in Burke, VA for a hybrid, full-time role. You will provide individual evidence-based therapy to young patients (ages 2-26) with an interdisciplinary team, balancing telehealth and in-person sessions.

The position offers a base salary of $90,000 with full benefits, flexible scheduling after 3pm ET, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to practice independently.
• LMSW with SISW eligibility or active SISW status.
• Ability to conduct both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Establish rapport and maintain thorough clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families and other specialty providers; participate in consultations.
