Job summary

Blackbird Health in Sterling, VA is hiring a Child and Adolescent Therapist for a full-time hybrid role. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children and teens (ages 2–26) both in-person and via telehealth, with a flexible schedule after 3pm and some weekends.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized plans, and ensure quality care with comprehensive administrative support, benefits, and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as LPC/LCSW/LMFT with 1 year direct care to youth
• Experience delivering individual therapy to children and adolescents
• Telehealth or virtual care experience
• Availability after 3pm ET and some weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents and young adults (ages 2–26)
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing progress
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families
