Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join the Burke, VA team. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in both virtual and in-person settings.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical growth. The role offers a base salary of $90,000 with full benefits and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Virginia with SISW eligibility.
• Experience delivering therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfort with telehealth and hybrid care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to youths ages 2-26.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and family members as appropriate.
