Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our Sterling, VA team. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to deliver evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults, with a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Virginia.
• 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth/virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
