Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a registered nurse to support Hematology, Oncology and Therapeutic Apheresis services.

The role requires at least 2 years of RN experience with 1+ year in Dialysis or Apheresis, with shifts totaling four 9-hour days per week and on-call duties approximately every three weeks. The selected candidate will cross-train to the Infusion Center and may staff there when demand increases, delivering patient care from infancy through

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments and develops care plans.
• Communicates with families and multidisciplinary team.
• Keeps up to date with TA practices and hospital quality initiatives.
• Adheres to established protocols and maintains equipment and supplies.
