Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a S urgical Technologist to assist the surgeon during pediatric intraoperative procedures, upholding AORN and OSA standards.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care, maintain sterile technique, and participate in quality improvement across main and south campuses. Schedule: Tue/Thu/Fri, 7 AM–7 PM.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
• CST certification.
• CPR certification (preferred at hire or obtained within 2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with healthcare team members to provide patient- and family-centered care.
• Maintains sterile technique and prepares age-appropriate instrumentation.
• Passes instruments during procedures.
• Utilizes physician preference cards and may be required to take call.
• Serves as a role model, educator, and patient advocate.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to support departmental goals.
