Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide home-based therapy to children. You will implement speech therapy plans under a supervising SLP and partner with families to develop home exercise programs.

Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, adaptable to changing priorities, and proficient with basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care within the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet minimum patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Coordinate with agency personnel to maintain standards of high-quality patient care.
• Follow agency policies, ethics guidelines, and laws applicable to home-health pediatric speech-language pathology.
