Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas, including Richardson/ Garland, with a focus on communication, feeding, and developmental needs. The role offers meaningful patient-centered care, leadership possibilities, and flexible scheduling within a supportive, mission-driven team.

We seek clinicians with strong collaboration skills, ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or pursuing, active TX license, CPR, and at least 1 year

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or in pursuit.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
