Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in-home therapy across Texas. You’ll assess, treat, and monitor progress for children with communication and feeding needs, empowering families to carryover skills in daily routines.

The role requires an active TX SLP license, CCC-SLP (or in progress), CPR certification, and 1+ year experience; bilingual Spanish helpful. Flexible schedules and mentoring support are available.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an SLP.
• Pediatric/home health experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
