Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas, including Mesquite and Balch Springs. You will evaluate and treat children with communication and feeding disorders, develop goals, and educate families.

Schedule is flexible, with a supportive, clinician-owned team and HALOS values guiding care. Salary ranges from about $52k to $156k annually with a $3,500 sign-on bonus, competing benefits, and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license – Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or current pursuit.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an SLP.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
