Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Texas. The role emphasizes family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
