Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Baytown, TX seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

Applicants must hold a Texas SLP license (ASHA CCC-SLP preferred) and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of SLP experience. We offer full- and part-time schedules within a supportive, clinician-owned culture.

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
