Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment for children with communication and feeding needs, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

Required:

• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
