Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Tyler/Whitehouse, TX and surrounding areas.

The team offers flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), strong clinical support, mentorship, and reimbursement for CEUs and licensure, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000.

Qualifications

• Active SLP or SLPA license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based in-home therapy.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLPA).
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, feeding and development.
• Educate families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referrals.
• Develop home programs to sustain progress.
• Document all care in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA)
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
