Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in‑home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in McKinney/Princeton, TX and surrounding areas.

We offer full‑time and part‑time roles with flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, mentoring, and reimbursement for CEUs and licenses.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLPA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based, in‑home therapy for pediatric clients.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLPA)
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive development
• Educate families and caregivers to support ongoing progress
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Document care in EMR and maintain compliance with standards

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence‑based care in the home and community

• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
