Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to deliver in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

Join a clinician-led team offering meaningful, one-on-one care, mentorship, and flexible caseload management in home-based settings across Texas and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing (for Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLPA and Clinical Fellow)
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Skills

Active SLP or SLPA license

ASHA CCC-SLP (or pursuing)

CPR certification

Graduate of accredited SLP program
