Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy across Texas, empowering children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Clinicians operate within a mission‑driven team and enjoy flexible scheduling with caseload autonomy.

We seek licensed SLPs with CCC-SLP (or pursuing), CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. Pediatric/home health experience and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric or home health experience (preferred).
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech-language therapy to children.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
