Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

We offer meaningful, one-on-one care, flexible scheduling (full-time/part-time), strong clinical support, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth in a clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active SLP or SLPA license (Texas) is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care in the home and community for pediatric patients.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLP/SLPA).
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners.
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress.
• Document all care and services in EMR.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
