Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year to support elementary students in North Carolina. This full-time, contract role focuses on improving students’ communication skills and academic growth within a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, IEP collaboration, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation. Ideal candidates hold an NC SLP license and CCC or CFY progress, with prior school-based experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid North Carolina SLP license is required.
  • CCC credential or CFY in progress.
  • Experience in school settings with elementary students is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary school students.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
