Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in a dynamic school setting on a contract basis. The role focuses on assessing and supporting student communication skills and integrating therapy goals into classroom activities.

The candidate will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote academic success and inclusion throughout the school year.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active SLP licensure (CCC required).
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in educational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to determine student needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and integrate therapy goals into academic programs.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within classroom and pull-out models.
  • Document student progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Support teachers and caregivers with strategies to reinforce skill development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that values every student’s voice.
