Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic school environment in Wilmington, NC. This contract role welcomes experienced SLP-CCC's as well as CFY candidates, with opportunities to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact on young learners.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students, both in-person and/or via teletherapy as assigned.
  • Manage a caseload typically ranging from 45-50 students.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEPs.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, therapy notes, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and report findings to parents and staff.

Job description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This position welcomes experienced SLP-CCCs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering a chance to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact on young learners. You’ll work closely with educators and families to address speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse caseload.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current or eligibility for SLP licensure (CCC or CFY track)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech services
  • Background in teletherapy and traditional settings is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Passion for supporting children from various backgrounds
