Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a school-based team serving PreK through 5th grade. This full-time, contract opportunity supports young learners and collaborates with teachers to foster communication skills and success.

Compensation ranges from $45 to $52 per hour with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; ideal candidates hold CCC/CFY and state licensure, with school-based experience a plus.

Qualifications

• CCC or CFY status (eligible or in progress)
• Valid state SLP license or able to obtain before start
• Experience or practicum in school settings preferred
• Experience with PreK–5th assessments, diagnosis, and intervention
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of PreK–5th grade students, providing direct therapy and developing IEPs
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrative staff, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school/state requirements
• Implement evidence-based practices to support diverse learning needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC), or be completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Prior experience or practicum in school-based settings is highly valued
• Familiarity with assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for PreK to elementary populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
