Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the New York area seeks a dedicated pediatric speech-language pathologist for a full-time, on-site position. The role involves direct therapy and collaboration with educators to support student communication goals.

You will assess, plan, and implement IEP-driven services, maintain progress documentation, and participate in ongoing professional development within a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience serving pediatric or school-based populations.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success.
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development.
• Provide consultation and recommendations to classroom staff regarding speech and language supports.
