Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
• Licensed in state of practice.
• CCC certification (ASHA).
• CPR/BLS certification per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for communication and swallowing.
• Provide patient/family education and staff training as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate discharge planning and community referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with risk management.
