Job summary

Required qualifications include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, CCCs, CPR/BLS, and pediatric hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Licensed in state of practice.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's).
• CPR/BLS as required by facility policy.
• Experience in pediatric hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement systematic patient examination and evaluation using a patient- and family-centered approach.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication/swallowing concerns.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and community resources for discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support risk management and compliance.
