Shriners Children’s in the Twin Cities is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate families to support children's communication and swallowing needs.

The SLP collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, documents care thoroughly, and supports discharge planning. Requirements include a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, CCCs, CPR/BLS, and pediatric experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Licensed in state of practice required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) required.
• CPR/BLS per facility policy required.

Responsabilités

• Upon referral, perform patient examinations and evaluations using a patient- and family-centered approach.
• Design, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication/swallowing concerns.
• Collaborate with families, schools/outside clinics, and care teams; participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support risk management and compliance.
