Job summary

The Family Partnership in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide quality pediatric therapy services. The role focuses on evidence-based practice and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include standardized assessments, care planning, documentation, billing, and program discharge planning. Travel within sites is required; 30 hours per week, in-person.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience.
• ASHA membership preferred/maintained.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Selecting, administering, scoring, interpreting, and documenting appropriate standardized pediatric assessments.
• Documenting plans of care and daily progress in the EMR system.
• Managing and maintaining physician orders to keep all clients current.
• Submitting daily billing and progress notes through the EMR system.
• Consulting and collaborating with inter-disciplinary staff and parents.
• Discharging clients when they exit the program or reach maximal therapeutic potential.
