Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Wisconsin, primarily treating pediatric patients. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week across 4–5 days, with clinic hours Monday–Thursday 7:00am–6:00pm and Friday 7:00am–5:00pm.

The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, swallowing, and related disorders, with infant feeding experience preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
• ASHA certification preferred or required per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Monitors progress and adjusts therapy accordingly; documents findings.
• Participates in discharge planning and family training.
• Maintains accurate records and complies with insurance guidelines.
