Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for outpatient, in-home pediatric services. The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible hours, including one clinic day (Fridays) and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We require a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and BLS. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential; 40-hour workweek and team-based care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited school.
• Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech and language evaluations and establish a plan of care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Provide patient/family education and home programs; discharge planning as needed.
• Complete documentation per policy (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries).
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Support daily statistics, scheduling, and billing processes.
