Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic in Wisconsin seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support patients in reaching their fullest potential by evaluating and treating speech, language, swallowing, and feeding disorders. You will collaborate with families and other providers to implement holistic care and improve communication.

The role includes creating treatment plans, using a variety of therapies, and coordinating care through EHRs, telehealth, and in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Speech Pathology Program.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice the profession.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, score, and interpret initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans.
• Teach speech sounds and improve voice and language.
• Work on reading, writing, swallowing, and feeding skills.
