Ascension is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. This full-time role focuses on pediatric outpatient rehab, emphasizing family education and collaborative care.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, ASHA SLP credential within 12 months, and BLS within 1 month. Master’s or Doctorate preferred; on-site benefit-rich environment with career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree OR Doctorate preferred.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed by ASHA within 12 months of hire date (provisional license accepted).

Responsabilidades

• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Educates and counsels patient and family regarding treatment plans.
• Maintains clinical records and follows performance improvement recommendations.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from speech therapy services; provides information regarding support programs.
