Qualifications

• Texas SLP license required prior to hire date; provisional license accepted until issued.
• BLS provider certification required within 30 days of hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate communication and swallowing functions to design personalized treatment plans that restore patient independence, dignity and overall quality of life.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each individual, driving optimal recovery and functional outcomes.
• Educate and counsel patients and their loved ones, empowering families to actively participate in treatment goals and long-term care management.
