Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in required practice state(s).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 90 days.
• Senior level certification in an area impacting scope of practice within 18 months, as approved by Rehab Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Discharge planning and family/patient teaching with home programs.
