Advocate Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the Pediatrics: O/P Acute Therapy team at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Illinois. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 hourly with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited school.
• Speech Language Pathologist license required in applicable state(s).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 90 days of hire.

• Interprets referrals and conducts speech and language evaluations.
• Develops and implements written plans of care with measurable goals.
• Discharges patients with home programs and family education.
• Maintains documentation per department and accreditation standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supports ongoing professional growth and coaching of staff as needed.
