Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license in IL or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience working in pediatrics.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Interprets referrals and conducts speech and language evaluations.
• Establishes a written plan of care and implements treatment.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Plans discharge with home programs and caregiver teaching.
• Completes all required documentation and billing with accuracy.
• Maintains patient safety and infection control measures.
• May supervise non-licensed staff and oversee student education.
